Notice of Public Hearings
The River Heights City Planning Commission will hold three public hearings on Tuesday, September 26, 2023 beginning at 6:30 p.m. to discuss 1) A request by Lee Gallup, of 675 E 400 S, for a Conditional Use Permit to run a lawn care business from his home, 2) A request by Sara Hansen, of 862 Orchard Drive, for a Conditional Use Permit for a swimming pool, and 3) Proposed changes to the City Code regarding the subdivision development process. Information on each of the hearings is available on the city’s website, the State’s Public Meeting Notice Website and in the City Office, Mon-Thu, between 9:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. The hearings will be held in the River Heights City Building, located at 520 S 500 E. Written comment can be addressed to Commissioner Noel Cooley and will be accepted up until noon on the date of the meeting.
