Notice of Public Hearings
The River Heights City Planning Commission will hold two public hearings on Tuesday, September 12, beginning at 6:30 p.m. to discuss a request by Rebecca Paulsen, of 416 E 500 S, for a Kennel Conditional Use Permit to have four dogs. The second hearing will be to discuss changes to the subdivision development procedure found in the city’s code. The hearings will be held in the River Heights City Building, located at 520 S 500 E. Written comment can be addressed to Commissioner Noel Cooley and will be accepted up until noon on the date of the meeting.
