Troy Wakefield, of 473 E 500 S, has applied for a Conditional Use Permit from River Heights City to have a short-term vacation rental (Airbnb) at 428 E 600 S, in River Heights.
A public hearing has been scheduled for March 26, 2024, at 6:40 p.m., at which time the Planning Commission will discuss Mr. Wakefield’s request. The meeting will be held in the River Heights City Building located at 520 South 500 East.
Written comment, addressed to Commission Chair Noel Cooley, will be accepted up until noon on the date of the meeting.
