The River Heights City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, April 6, 2016 at 7:05 p.m. to discuss a conditional use permit request from Darlin Russell to have a body art facility at her residence, located at 698 E 716 S, River Heights. The hearing will be held at the City Building, located at 520 S 500 E. Written comment can be addressed to Commissioner Mark Malmstrom and will be accepted up until noon on the date of the meeting.
