NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS
Sealed bids will be received by River Heights City for the:
750 S TO 800 S SEWER CONNECTION PROJECT
The project generally includes the installation and construction of new 8” PVC sewer line from roughly 750 S. south to 800 S with manholes, services, and a connection to the 800 South sewer line with appurtenant miscellaneous items.
Bids will be in accordance with the Contract Documents prepared by Forsgren Associates
(435) 227-0333. Copies of the Contract Documents will be available on August 31, 2024,
at the office of the Engineer located at 95 West 100 South, Suite 115, Logan, Utah 84321.
Digital “pdf” copies of the Contract Documents will also be available by contacting
Forsgren Associates. Please address questions on the project to Craig Rasmussen with

A non-mandatory pre-bid tour will be held on Wednesday, September 11, 2024 at 10:00
am. Meet at the project site, approximately 350 East 800 South, accessible from 100 East
Street (Gateway Drive) in River Heights City. It is the Contractor’s responsibility to walk
the project and become familiar with the conditions of the project site.
Bids will be received at the office of the Engineer, located at 95 West 100 South, Suite
115, Logan, UT 84321 until the hour of 2:00 pm (local time) on Wednesday,
September 18, 2024 at which time they will be opened and read aloud in said office.
Bid security, which must be on the Bid Bond form provided with the Construction
Documents or on approved Bid Bond documents provided by the Bonding Agency, in the
amount of five percent (5%) of the bid, made payable to River Heights City, shall
accompany the bid. A certified or cashier’s check may be used for the bid bond.
River Heights City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formality
or technicality in any bid.
