The River Heights City Planning Commission will hold two public hearings on December 12, 2023 beginning at 6:35 pm to: 1) Discuss a Conditional Use Permit request from Tony Johnson, for approval to use the building located at 594 South 400 East as a property management office, and 2) To discuss a Kennel Conditional Use Permit submitted by Tyler Morgan, of 661 E 500 S, to have three dogs on his property. The meeting will be held in the River Heights City Building located at 520 South 500 East. Written comments, addressed to Commissioner Noel Cooley, will be accepted up until noon on the date of the meeting.
