NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS
Sealed bids will be received by River Heights City for the:
CHURCH DEMOLITION PROJECT, 495 EAST 500 SOUTH
The project generally includes the demolition of the church located at 495 East 500
South, River Heights City, UT 84321, grading, and landscape work.
Bids will be in accordance with the Contract Documents prepared by Forsgren Associates
(435) 227-0333. Copies of the Contract Documents will be available on December 4,
2023, at the office of the Engineer located at 95 West 100 South, Suite 115, Logan, Utah
84321. Digital “pdf” copies of the Contract Documents will also be available by
contacting Forsgren Associates. Please address questions on the project to Craig

A mandatory pre-bid tour will be held on Tuesday, December 12th at 11:00 am. Meet
at the River Height City Building located at 520 South 500 East in River Heights City. It
is the Contractor’s responsibility to walk the project and become familiar with the
conditions of the project site.
Bids will be received at the office of the Engineer, located at 95 West 100 South, Suite
115, Logan, UT 84321 until the hour of 2:00 pm (local time) on Tuesday, December
19, 2023 at which time they will be opened and read aloud in said office. It is the
responsibility of the contractor to submit bids on time and in accordance with the
Instructions to Bidders.
Bid security, which must be on the Bid Bond form provided with the Construction
Documents or on approved Bid Bond documents provided by the Bonding Agency, in the
amount of five percent (5%) of the bid, made payable to River Heights City, shall
accompany the bid. A certified or cashier’s check may be used for the bid bond.
River Heights City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formality
or technicality in any bid.
